CANCELLATION POLICY

- If the reservation is canceled within the first 24 hours following the reservation, the entire cost of the stay will be refunded to your credit card.
- For cancellations made up to 14 days before the check-in date, the entire accommodation cost will be refunded to your credit card.
- In extraordinary circumstances such as flight restriction due to pandemics or natural disasters, the entire payment is refunded, regardless of the date of booking or accomodation.
- In cases other than the above, the guest is obliged to pay the entire cost of accommodation.
